5. Subscription Upgrades & Downgrades
Plan changes are processed as follows:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. New features are available as soon as the upgrade is confirmed and payment is processed.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.
- Add-ons: Additional features or storage are provisioned immediately upon purchase.
