Biggist is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our paid subscription plans and services. We aim to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently.
2. Free Plan
Biggist's Free plan is available at no cost and does not require payment information. As such, no refund applies to the Free plan. You may use the Free plan indefinitely to evaluate our Services before upgrading.
3. Paid Subscriptions
For paid subscription plans (Professional, Business, and Enterprise):
- Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a monthly billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for the remaining term.
- Upgrades: If you upgrade mid-cycle, the cost difference will be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will promptly correct the charge and issue a refund.
- Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full.
- Service Unavailability: If our Services experience significant, prolonged downtime that materially impacts your use (beyond our SLA commitments), you may be eligible for service credits or a partial refund.
- 14-Day Guarantee (Annual Plans): Full refund if requested within 14 days of initial purchase or annual renewal.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial monthly subscription periods after cancellation
- Annual plans after the 14-day refund window has passed
- Custom development or professional services rendered
- Training sessions that have been delivered
- Third-party add-ons or marketplace purchases
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our billing support team at billing@biggist.in
- Include your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant transaction IDs or billing statements
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
You can also submit a refund request through your account settings under Billing & Payments.
7. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
8. Cancellation Process
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for potential reactivation
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless you request a data export
9. Enterprise Agreements
Customers with custom Enterprise agreements should refer to their specific contract terms regarding refunds and cancellations. Enterprise refund policies may differ from the standard terms outlined above.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
